When a girl enters her teens, she experiences many emotional and physical changes.      Birth control patches

It is a patch that you place on your skin every 4th week.

     Birth control ring

You place it in your vagina for 3 weeks and replace it with a new ring every 4th week.

     Condoms:

There are condoms both for men and women. You have to wear them at the time of sex.

Things to Remember:

     You must always remember a few things before having sex such as:

     Sex is sharing your body with your sexual partner.

     Sex should always be consensual.

     Everyone has a right to say ‘no’ to sex.

     Having unprotected sexual intercourse can make you pregnant or get deadly infections through sexually transmitted diseases.

     Using alcohol or drugs won’t help you.

     Talk to your parents about everything.
